John Prine
A few weeks back, I had the opportunity to see John Prine, one of my favorite song-writers of all time. Today it's hard to imagine a world without Prine, but it has only been a few years that I've been privy to his brilliance. When I fell into the bluegrass scene about 3 years ago, I started to notice that some of my favorite tunes I heard at jams were Prine tunes, so I dug a little deeper and uncovered a landmine of incredible material. John Prine is one of the greatest song
