Swamp in the City Stage

Swamp in the City is a Brooklyn-based arts organization dedicated to honoring and celebrating Cajun and Creole music in New York City. Through an annual festival and ongoing dance series, they keep the vibrant traditions of South Louisiana alive—preserving their roots while creating space for cultural exchange, learning, and joy. With a focus on accessible programming and community-building, Swamp in the City brings people of all backgrounds together to experience the rhythms, dances, and shared spirit of this uniquely American heritage
